The following nominees are eligible for election to the Branch committee.
Name: Linda McGravey
Committee Role: Chair and Secretary
Supporting statement: I would like to continue to work with the Tees Branch – I feel we are a good committee who provides seminars of relevant topics for the Tees members.
I was Treasurer and Secretary for 2 years, but in 2017 took the role of Chair and Secretary (although at the moment we still don’t have a volunteer for the Treasurer so I have been keeping that until I step down from Chair or find a willing volunteer).
I am organised and have the time from work to do (and the support of my manager) so I am happy to remain as Secretary. I am willing to still act as advisor to the new Treasurer to ensure a smooth handover (if and when we get a volunteer)
I enjoy giving and organising the seminars and assisting members of the Tees Branch.
I understand the code because of my role as a Peer Interviewer and have to question others on the code of conduct so fully understand the implications.
Name: Peter Marshall

I feel that I provide a lot of experience to the committee, and welcome the opportunity to take part in assisting and mentoring professional colleagues.
Name: Jonathan Backhouse

- Education and Development Adviser (EDA) aka Mentor, (2015 – 2018);
- Web-champion (2017 – 2018);

My role has included, to date, helping organise speakers, and speaking annually at the branch; in addition, I continue to provide support and guidance with regards to professional development of the branch members and visitors to the Teesside Branch. I have helped, in the last year, the succession of executive members to take on roles including mentor, web-champion and communications coordinator. I have been able to attend the majority of branch events, and meetings; I will continue to commit to future meetings.
